"The employees and manager are always so nice and accomodating. The only downside is that the pool is freezing cold, and with 2 young children who seem immune to cold its a bit difficult to get in there with them and enjoy the experience."

"When I got to my room there was dirt clumps on the floor like a worker with dirty boots/shoes had been in there after the housecleaning had been there. I told the employee at the front desk and he swept and vacuumed my room. Fine hotel for the price. "

"We had everything we needed and then some. It was a wonderful treat to have a massage chair in the 3rd bedroom to relax (something a mom always needs but puts last).I'd recommend the property for your stay in Springfield. The hostess is so accommodating and attentive. "
