"We paid $270 per night for this hotel. We were given the only room on the entrance floor of the hotel. So all we could hear was everyone coming in and out of the hotel, the lockers being opened up to place ones shoes in in the foyer, the cars on the road (our window was on the street). The windows had no frosting on them so we couldn't even open the blinds as everyone would be able to see right into our room. Very basic amenities, for the price we paid, we were very disappointed. "Beds were comfortable and the ocean view was lovely. The pool, hammocks and cafe/restaurant area was great. The shared facilities (particularly showers) were in a different part of the building and not so nice. The beach was not good for swimming but great for SUP."

"Good value for money. The name is very deceptive, as the hotel is on a canal that leads to an industrial harbor. The room is very large with a 5 star bathroom. The air conditioning and lighting were good but very hard to figure out, as there were no English instructions."
