It has clean, modern, comfortable rooms, with fascinating, warming touches, such as the fake sunroof, heated towel rack, and multiple shower heads. The staff who I met were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was the most Covid-aware hotel I have ever visited, with almost everything you touch wrapped in plastic. "We had to walk a mile late at night to check in as the ‘reception’ was at the Head Office hotel. There was no reception or staff on site The pool was closed. The room was not serviced - we had the same sheets & towels the whole week. Such a shame as Sitges is a lovely place. "
