Check in took half an hour or so and not much information given regarding pool opening hours restaurants on site etc. I had to make a noise complaint as the apartment above was playing thumping music at midnight. "The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and convenient. There is parking available a short walk from the hotel lobby. They do have lifts. Staff wasn't overly friendly. Customer service was just ok. We did not prebook spa services and were not able to get in for services while we were there. We were not able to decline maid service. They use a strong chemical air freshener in the hallways if you're respiratory sensitive."
