"Juice machine was broken the first morning but Romeo was outstanding and listened to an idea that another Holiday Inn had done, buy juice in individual bottles. Next day Romeo who was subbing for another staff member, plugs the juice machine in and it works, but also bought juice just in case. "The room smelt clean… almost too clean as it had a strong smell of pine-sol. However, the bed, bathrooms, and everything was clean and orderly. My room was missing any kind of extra seating aside from desk chair so it left a big void in one side of the room. Odd! The hallways were very warm like no ac pushed through hut no issues in the room itself. "
