"This was a very nice hotel. People are excellent. The breakfast was very nice. The room was very clean. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and they fixed it immediately the room was open and airy. From this hotel area, there is so much shopping. You should be able to find everything you need and Waco was very easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anybody as a five star."

"The front desk receptionist was not at desk took 20 minutes before she came to assist with check in. Hallways on the smoking level were smelling like marijuana. Roaches were climbing on the walls in hallways and in guest room. Mattress’s were very hard."
