"First, we went on the Waco tour, and this house is a stop on the tour. So it was fun hearing about the house before we stayed inside. And then, once inside, we watched Fixer Upper, S1 Ep 2 and that made the house come to life! It's definitely worth staying here, especially if you're a fan of the show. See the shiplap up close! Charmaine was quick to respond to my questions regarding check in and check out."

"Dishes in dishwasher not clean and a used round soap in the corner of the tub. We were able to stay with no ac. Temperature in room was comfortable. Thank you for opening up for our stay. We will be back. "

"Great location and brand new. With a family on longer stays, it was great to have a kitchen. need to offer / remind people to bring paper towel, coffee filters and even a dish cloth, non provided. can use the bathroom towels but not idea The outside courtyard allows smoking, it’s open air but surrounded by rooms it’s not idea for circulation. We would stay again "
