"The customer service staff goes out of their way to make you happy. The room was quiet, clean and very well appointed with a refrigerator and microwave. Ice was convenient on each floor and the breakfast area was incredibly spotless! There is an attendant in the breakfast area to make sure all breakfast foods were replenished and kept clean, and the eating area had plenty of seating. The lobby was also immaculate with several comfy couches. I felt very safe staying here. The convenience to SFO...

"Right next to Jack London Square which has many dining options and 5 minute walk to ferry to San Francisco. Rooms are clean with a fridge. Free parking. The lobby and public areas need a remodel. Not the best area to the east and the noise from the Amtrak trains is loud. Breakfast needs improvement. "

"It met our needs for an overnight before flying out from SF airport. It is further south on 101 then the other La Quinta Inn the shows up when we googled the location. The first La Quinta Inn we found on Google maps was North of the Airport and it was very confusing as we went there first. The woman at that desk was rude and unhelpful. Said she didn't know where the other Inn was. We were NOT impressed with her attitude towards us."
