"My husband and I didn’t even stay there long enough, but the moment we stepped into our room it smelled like mold. We asked the front desk lady to move us to another room and she asked why and we told her it smelled like mold. She hesitated to move us to another room. Maybe about 5 minutes later she said okay and moved us to another room upstairs. Once we were trying to get settled in the room we noticed a few mosquitoes and we were like that’s okay we can kill them. But mosquitoes kept coming...

Kieu Oanh helped us with arranging train tickets to Da Nang and getting transportation to the train station. She went above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Hue."

"This hotel while the room itself was just fine. The walls were thin and the host failed to give noise warnings to the extremely loud family next door. We were kept up the majority of the night. Hotel was fine but not worth the hassle of losing sleep"
