"This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. "Our stay in the oasis was very exotic. The room was appropriate for the location but equipped with an AC and pretty comfortable beds. "Approaching from the main road on the unpaved street with partly finished neighbouring buildings was uninviting. Exterior of the riad looks nice but it faces onto the garden and isnt within view. "We are so glad that we stayed at Maroc Galacx. Mohammad was so helpful in advising us about places to see and he arranged car hire for us. We are so grateful for his help and reassurance. Having a car enabled us to explore the south of morocco for one week which was amazing. Having breakfast in the kitchen with his family was just like being at home. They made us feel very welcome and we will defintely return if we are lucky enough to visit Ouazarate again."

"They are berbers and I received generous warmth and welcoming even during my 1 night stay. It was tranquil and calm with the date palm that lived for more than 200 years, beautiful peacocks walking freely and a cozy room! I slept like a baby! Even though, it was quite isolated but i really did enjoy my stay there and regardless communication break down with the staffs but their warmth gesture speak louder than words.
