"We arranged to stay as a stopover during a road trip. We specified that we had 5 people in our party (3 kids) and they were able to accommodate all of us in 1 room with a rollaway bed for an additional $20. Arrived after 10pm and had to bring the rollaway bed with us in the elevator. It was requested in the notes during booking so I expected it to be already be in the room waiting for us. Nope.
