"The house was perfect for our girl's getaway. It is right near town so we were able to have a girls dinner on Friday night and then experience a relaxing spa experience. Saturday night was perfect just chilling at the house, comfortable, and relaxing. Perfect location, everything we needed, etc. I will definitely return!"

"We had a phenomenal time at Alan’s mountain home. We skied 2 days, we easily walked to the lift and came home for lunch and went back out. It is so nice to not have to get in your car with the gear. The house is huge and had everything we needed. We had 3 families with young children and we all slept well, felt safe and made amazing family memories. "A very cozy and well-appointed house. Very comfortable furniture, lovely coffee bar, and well-stocked kitchen. A perfect getaway for a ladies’ weekend away. We very much enjoyed Shawnee State Park and the charming town of Bedford a short 30-min drive away. Only slight downside: it can be nerve-wracking turning into to driveway (right off busy 4-lane Rt. 30), and it was difficult to initially find as we arrived at night. Communication with the host was great. Would definitely stay here again! "
