"There was a charge for parking in a garage that was not disclosed when booking the room .One would think parking would come with the room. Also, I was charged $15 for a hair dryer that I can neither confirm or deny that we had one in the room. My wife and I don't use them. I called to discuss and the supervisor never returned my call to the best of my knowledge. "

"Great hotel! They even had a shuttle to the Cambria airport fir our 6:00 sm flight. Don’t count on Uber or Lyft, there were NONE available in the arra but the hotel is at a great location where you can walk to restaurants and even the grocery store."

"Staff was excellent and accomodating on a very cold and snowy evening upon arrival. Room access with elevator literally just a few feet away from reception was great as my husband is dealing with a leg injury. Room was clean and well kept, only change I would have loved, the lighting for the desk table was not up to par. I needed to work , thankfully I usually travel with a small extra lamp."
