"I was very disappointed that they had a room directly next to me being completely remodeled starting an 8:15 in the morning the next day, it was super loud. I understand that these hotels need to be worked on, but the front desk person should’ve let me know ahead of time or moved me to, a location where I’m not hearing a hammer at 8:15 in the morning. i expect more from a Best Western "

"Hotel is conveniently located in the altona station. Clean. However, Check in experience was not good. The self check in machine gave us keys to somebody's room. So we had to go back n forth "

"Recently visited for an event in Hamburg with some friends - room size and amenities were excellent, beds were very spacious and comfortable. Sound deadening was excellent and we didn't have any noise from any other rooms in the vicinity. Staff were very welcoming and well presented. They allowed us to store some luggage for us before check-in and allow for us to travel around the city before it was time to check-in. "We were so lucky to have met the most lovely concierge who made our check in process the best. He was so accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and cute. Great location to walk to the train station so you can get anywhere. Also a cute downtown nearby with lots of great food options for a quick snack. Would stay here again, definitely recommend! "

"I'm a regular visitor to Hamburg, where i meet friends. I just wanted a small single room for a cheap price. I really got my moneys worth, nice large comfy room (have stopped in much smaller double rooms), bathroom with nice shower that wasn't cramped. It was a blessing as whilst i was in Hamburg the temperature rose to 35 degrees and the room was cool and comfortable throughout. Entrance to the hotel is via a lift which takes you to the 2nd floor were there was an English speaking receptionist....
