"This is a very dated property, and the property's location down winding side roads was hard to find and not very close to Grass Valley/ Nevada City. The facility dates back to the 1960's, and it shows its age and some neglect. Little has been done to maintain or update it. "Beautiful home close to the mountains for easy drive back and forth from skiing. The house is comfortable and well stocked with attention to every detail from appliances to soaps and towels. Bedrooms are spacious and clean, and the interior decor is well done. Everything you could ask for!"
