"チェックインの時の説明が十分な内容でした。聞きたいと思ってたことを聞くことなく、頂いた説明で把握できました。 予約した部屋より眺めのよい部屋への変更も提案いただきました。(今回は天気がよくなかったので遠慮しましたが) フロント前を通るたび「ごゆっくり」など声をかけていただき、部屋でもラウンドでもゆっくり過ごすことができました。 今回、天気がよければランニングをしようと思っていました。港まで海沿いのルートで走ることができますか？景色がよさそうなので、次回楽しみにしています。"

"The building and the room are clean and fine, but the location was far enough from the airport that you would absolutely need a taxi to get to the airport. However, you’re supposed to make a taxi RSVP at least 48 hours before the date you need it. Local taxis are usually fully booked by early RSVPs, and wont be able to come pick you up like you would expect. "Excellent kitchen, set the standard for my trip. Comfortable bed, quiet once the trains stop, not terribly loud considering the station is 200m away. Good bathroom, strong washing machine, plenty of kitchen tools, counter space, and an ample refrigeator."

"初めての無人ホテルでした。Hotels.comには、アパートメントとの表記はなく、ホテルだと勘違いしました。チェックインの二日前に、チェックインに必要なエントランスのキーが送られてくるようですが、届ておらず、コールセンターに「届いてない」旨伝えたら、「送ってますので」とかなり強く言われました。迷惑メール等も確認しましたが届いてないです。かなり不信感しかありません。 アパートメントタイプはトラブルが多いので避けてたのですが、予約時にはわからず、表記を改善する必要があると思います。また、コールセンターも5時までしかやってないので、たまたまつながったからいいものの、チェックインできなかった可能性もあると思うと怖くてなりません。"
