The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. However, you’re supposed to make a taxi RSVP at least 48 hours before the date you need it. "Hotel Gate was a fantastic place to stay. It is in a perfect location that is walking distance to the ferry terminal and shopping/dining area. The airport limousine bus has service very nearby as well. The balcony was an excellent place to relax after long days site seeing, and something that I'm not used to in many hotels. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Umbrellas were available to borrow, which was incredible when it was raining heavily and I had forgotten to pack one!"
