"The check-in was nice, and although we received no communication back regarding our ground floor request. We did get a ground floor and could back our car to the room. We were sadly placed right across from the door to the breakfast area, and after 6:00 am, there was no sleeping, plus at night, it sounded like groups spent time in that area. We always think that perhaps we get the worst room since we booked with Expedia. The room was nice. Had all the amenities, but the fridge was loud and kept...
