It was close to market area and approachable. The lighting in rooms and washrooms was not adequate. Also they did not stock up in advance of snowstorm for any food and supplies. We did not get even milk for tea or any breakfast (though it was complimentary)!

The room was big but without a working TV and the curtains( black out ) were either out of the hooks and on the floor . Although breakfast is included , it’s just utterly basic . Needs a whole lot of improvement.

The suites are not properly heated and require a thorough deep cleaning Sofa chairs are filthy and stained. While the showers have mold developing and are very visible on the shower grout and sealer strips Staff is courteous but the diminishing condition of the hotel is a turn off.
