"First of all, the rooms are tiny, around 11m2, with the sink OUTSIDE the bathroom. My room was at the last floor and I had to bend to take my shower properly. My room was freezing. After patiently waiting for the air to get warm (which never happened) until 1am, I asked the staff that replied they will only put the heaters on in November ... WHAT ? I ended up sleeping with all my warmest cloth, 3 blankets and a portable heater ... A real nightmare. Secondly, someone entered in my locked...

"never again - date, in dire need of some upgrading, slightly creepy atmosphere in the badly lit corridors - smelly bathroom and to my horror - a bug in the bed - also, no hairdryer , concierge too busy drinking red wine and trying to flirt with female guest checking in - brrrr!"
