"I recently stayed at the Novotel Paris and had a great experience. The hotel's location is fantastic. The staff were friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, modern and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the our room toilet didnt had exhaust. " Check-in was very quick and painless. We arrived late at night but the staff was still friendly and accommodating, even providing suggestions for how to get food even though most places were closed. In the morning Maria was kind and gracious, allowing us a late check-out and storing our bags as we explored the city. We only stayed one night, it they made us feel welcome and valued.
