They didnt have towels, and the front desk was horrible with bad service (there eere 2 dark haired men (one with short hair one with long hair), 1 woman, and french guy with short hair. "Excellent location if you wish to be near the railway station. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. When walking into our room it smelt wonderful, it was a really lovely aroma , we loved it. The bed was very comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. One small problem for my husband who has mobility issues was the toilet was very low ( minor issue ). We arrived around two ish and the lady on reception at that time said our room would not be ready before 3 o,clock."
