"Was tricky finding the entrance to the hotel but once found was easy to access. Hotel had a large paid parking lot right in front which cost about €6.50 for 24 hours. Room was a bit small but clean and tidy had all necessities for a nights stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly and answered questions about the local markets and events. "The hotel was beautiful situated in a great location in walking distance from Bruges market. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and this continued throughout our stay. The room was small but ideal for a 2 night stay in the city. The room and bathroom was clean and we were provided with coffee facilities and toiletries. The hotel was in a great location abouts 15 minutes from both the markets and station. The hotel bar was very cosy and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend! "

"We had a wonderful 3 days at this hotel just before Christmas The location was perfect, right on the Burg Square and within 3 minutes walk of the Belfry. The service was superb, every now and again the bar was very busy but the service was still very good. The breakfast buffer was suoerb and the selection was great, everything was warm and cooked well and as a family of 4 (with 13 and 10 year old children), there was something for everyone. Would not hesitate to come back. "

"Budget hotel chain so no extras but facility is very clean and quiet. Breakfast is ok, not great-- limited options, not all great quality. The location is perfect for all popular sights, shopping and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all."

"Staff is extremely friendly. Though they don’t have a bar on premise, the hotel is located right next to the main cathedral and is a 5 min walk to the night life area. But it’s off a side street that isn’t noisy. Room is a little small but it’s fine for me "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lucca, the host, Hans I believe, was a lovely man who made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious with all you need for your stay, just maybe needed a little more attention to topping up the hot drinks tray but that was remedied by getting them at breakfast time. "Beautiful hotel, we stayed for three nights to visit the Christmas market. We had a Pillows suite which was very spacious with a walk in wardrobe! Very comfortable bed and great walk in shower. Was surprised that the hotel uses single use plastics for bathroom products still. The bar was very quiet and did not have much of a vibe, however we did stay in the week and perhaps it’s more lively at the weekend, however the cocktails were great! One of the most chilled and enjoyable breakfast...
