The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location is perfect, and the facilities (like the pool and gym) were excellent. "I arrived at 1:30 a.m. and was welcomed warmly. The room, with a couch and chairs plus balcony was one of the best I have ever stayed in. Free breakfast, shampoo and conditioner, comfy bed, 4 pillows. My stay inspires me to use Holiday Inn Express again. Definitely recommend. "

"I had a great experience here. They gave me an updated suite with living room, master bathroom. Very clean room. The breakfast is also very good. I booked this hotel because of the location. However, Chongqing North station has two parts. If you need to take the bullet train, you have to take a taxi from the hotel. Be ware of that."
