"This is a budget hotel in a very busy area. It is a block from Central Station and a block from the Red Light District. The area is very loud until about 3am. We used a white noise app on the phone to help with the loud voices from the street. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean. The location is good to walk everywhere. Our family of four shared a quad room and enjoyed our stay. "

"If location is everything then this places THE place to stay. 24 hour bar renter /front desk. Not fancy, bare basics with a bathroom/toilet that’s shared with one of the rooms.Hot showers and an old classic look of a pub that rents out basic clean rooms. Very clean,Well Managed and very secure.I would like to stay here again . "

"This property was very run down. The toilet and shower were very sketchy. The ceiling leaked in the rain. There were no towels or toiletries. However the beds comfy and we were able to store our bikes inside. Location was excellent for riding into the city central. "

"STAY AWAY!!! The place is a dump. There was actual poo on the floor in the restroom off the lobby. When we told them we couldn't stay because if was such a dump, they refused to refund ANY of our money even though we never stayed there. "

"From the time that I arrived to the time that I left, they really treated me as best they could, also managed to find a room on the first floor due to my health condition. Alway was extremely professional and friendly. A modest place but clean and well located. Comfortable bed, breakfast was fresh every day. I can definitely recommend it including family. There was an area as part of the hotel to get food and drink at the appropriate times which was simple.
