It would be better to know this information before booking rather than after booking. It would be useful to have a mat by the entrance to the mainHallway to brush sand off shoes before entering building. There is a communal kitchen in the reception area where you can make teas and coffees, etc and take them to your room....

"The room is small but comfortable for one-maybe two. The shower is small and for a person bigger than my 5’10” 200 lb self I think that would be very uncomfortable.
