"The young man went out of his way to helpfully check us in, carry our cases and show us to our rooms. Wonderful service by him. Rooms both very good size and clean with excellent amenities apart from poor hair dryer and slamming 3 fire doors below my room, which is the entrance to the building so can not be stopped. Location great - very close to train station and lake front. Great value hotel all in all. Breakfast not so good. We were told it was 8-10, arrived at 8.05 to find the door...

"This property should be 4* at a minimum. Fabulous location overlooking Lake Como with stunning views, nestled away in the hill side of Cernobbio. The room was a great size. Bedside lighting which provides for a cosy retreat in the evening. Bathroom was perfect and great shower. I really couldn’t ask for more. Snacks/appetizers provided with our beers before the evening meal were excellent. Our room was large with a spacious and modern shower room. Evening meal and breakfast satisfactory neither poor nor spectacular. There is no pavement, the hotel exits straight onto the main road, which is close to a bend so care required when crossing to the car...
