"I was looking to stay in Katy but wanted to avoid the Katy Mills mall area. I found The Platinum hotel which had just opened. It was like walking into a new home. It was super clean and comfortable. The prices was excellent as well. Highly recommend this place. "

I didn't like the fact someone next to me had their music blasting at 1am and my last day around 8am one of the staff cleaners open my room door while I was changing . Check out wasn't until 11:30 am and she busted in the room and didn't even say sorry very unprofessional. Other than that it was a clean property . "
