A particular bonus is that is right on the harbor, so you see a lot of boats (large & small) going right past your window! Gym arrangements were awesome. We often stay due to medical appointments in Newcastle area. We love the location as we are close to medical, and clise enough to the harbour to be able to get out and excerise and enoy the beautiful harbour foreshore walk ways.
