"This property was not the property presented in photos. The photos relate to another property in the same building. There is a long-standing maintenance issue with the ensuite toilet. While the agent is generally responsive their 2 interventions were not effective and we had to cease using the toilet. Flooring in the living area is damaged. No toiletries provided. "We enjoyed our stay at Elements lodge. The owner was friendly and was willing to accept our luggage for is when it arrived as it missed our flight and we were able to go out and start our vacation.
