"This is a new star hotel of Japan. Their location that next to the Kumamoto train station is perfect. The hotel has its separated main entrance from the commercial building. The hotel lobby is on the 9th floor and the above storeys until 12th are guest rooms that maintain the privacy of the hotel. The room amenities are grand as well as their public hot spring bathroom."

"The hotel is located in the center and close to the Castle, which is nice. There are many guests—almost too any, and the restaurant and spa were often crowded. The room was fine although I didn’t need cleaning after the first night."

"Great location, roomy, comfortable bedrooms, clean and lovely staff. The spa area was lovely and open over a long period during the day. The big disappointment was the buffet breakfast. We got there for the last serving and many dishes were gone and/or luke warm in the bain maries. "

"It was good. The room was spacious and the service we got from the staff pre and at check-in are flawless. It can be a bit of a challenge to get to the hotel from JR Kumamoto station with luggage as the tram is always full of people the station. But I really like the fact that it's close to the shotengai area and there are a lot of shops, restaurants and game centres around. "

"Great location, very attentive staff. Parking was very easy as you can pay for your stay and have in/out privileges. Entering the parking lot from the back road was a little more difficult since it is narrow and busy during the daytime"

"The room is tiny but well thought out and you don’t spend much time in the room anyways! The amazing breakfast buffet more than makes up for it! The breakfast had such a huge selection-even after 5 days, it was never boring. The only thing I would add is more fruit!"
