Olly was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and took time when we checked in to throughly explain niche spots and recommend travel plans. Great location super close to the beach and plenty of cafes as well. Only downside is the bathroom water pressure and drainage, it’s very weak. But even this wasn’t the biggest deal. "

"The hotel is small. Our room could not be described as spacious, either. However, it is very centrally located in s'Arenal not to mention that is has excellent connectivity to both Palma de Mallorca airport and the city. Our room had a mansard style balcony, with views over the streets and the square. The check-in process was fully automated, we did not see or speak to anyone. It was all codes and cards. Very 2022, but it did work and we only stayed the night so not a big drawback."

"Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße zum Ballermann.Das Hotel war hellhörig, wodurch man nachts und tagsüber die anderen Hotelgäste durchgehend hören konnte. Das Zimmer war stark in die Jahre gekommen, keine Klimaanlage, nur ein alter Ventilator. Nach dem Duschen stand meist das ganze Bad unter Wasser, da der Abfluss nicht richtig funktioniert. Großer Pluspunkt des Hotels: Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend! "
