Private parking behind secure gate. 1 or 2 cafes and food stores in local town, in walking distance. beautiful scenery. 30 ish minutes from airport. Cot was ready and waiting for us on arrival (and highchair). Would highly recommend."

"Spacious house, everything you could need for a two week stay with two young babies there (including cribs / high chairs / kids cutlery / all cooking utensils / blender for making purées etc). We love Deia with a walk to the beach from town and short drive to Soller and Port Soller. Courtyard was perfect for our toddler to run around without too many hazards. "Very centrally located and walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Lovely family and the place was well-stocked with extra items kindly provided for our stay by Maria and her daughter. No parking at the stay but we were directed to free parking about 8-10 minutes away. The place can get warm during the day but the fans were all we needed at night."

"The property is beautiful, clean and spacious. Julio the owner it's great, he made sure we had everything we needed at arrival and during our stay. He event left some milk, juice and beer for our arrival. Great location just a few minutes walk from the cathedral."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The property is close to a lovely promenade, all amenities nearby and good bus connections to Palma. The property is ample for 2 people with the added bonuses of 2 bathrooms and outside dining area."

"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. " This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"

"Jolie maison d'un village charmant ! Location centrale pour visiter l'ile , la plage d 'es trenc magnifique à 20 min. Le logement serait parfait si les chambres etaient climatisees. Nous avions des ventilateurs à disposition mais ce n'était pas suffisant avec les fortes chaleurs du mois de Juillet. Nous recommandons ce logement."

"Hallo, wenn Anreise/Abends ist Finca sehr schlecht zu finden!! Keine Beschilderung und haben ca. 1 Stunde gesucht! Finca ist selber einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber! Einziger minus Punkt (wenig Geschirr und am Anfang keine Kaffeemaschine! Besitzer sehr nett und hat sofort mit einer Kaffeemaschine geholfen! Sehr schöner Urlaub Fa. Martischewski"

"Our party of 4 enjoyed a four night stay in this very nice apartment which is convenient for the city centre and the Santa Catalina area which has a nice market and plenty of bars and restaurants. Pedro was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful to any requests we made. If we return to Palma then we would be happy to stay here again."

"Villa Patricia was lovely - spacious enough for six adults, clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped, set peacefully among pine trees and other villas. It is a few minutes drive to local amenities. Michael was a friendly and efficient host. We would like to go back and would definitely recommend Villa Patricia as a holiday base in the south west of Mallorca."

"We chose this property for our stay in Mallorca because of the view and it did not disappoint! We loved the view of the sea and also the view of the mountains. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the patio one evening when we were home! One morning we enjoyed a beautiful rainbow after it rained out at sea! The house itself is beautiful and was super clean. Beds were very comfortable as well. There was plenty of room to spread out and hang out and relax but we spent most of our time on the...
