"On arrival the room thay had allocated was our of service. And had given us a room on the 3rd floor. The hotel has no lift. We both have mobility issues and the owner did not want to put us on the 3rd floor. She tried to arrange a sifferent hotel with a lift at no extra chargebut eas unable to locate one. They then moved 10 people from a 1st floor room to 3 other rooms at their expence so we vould have an easier time. Totally inexpexted amd fantastic outcome to a bad situation. Very impressed....

"Lovely little gem. Price is a bit high, and there are some typical hostel things missing, like a guest kitchen area. But it was clean, well maintained, and provides easy access to public transit options. "
