"My flight got delayed and I arrived at the airport after 1pm, shortly after I called the front desk, the shuttle arrived to pick me up. The front desk lady and the driver were very nice. The room was clean and spacious. I had a very good stay. Thank you."

"I booked this hotel for my parents. The hotel staff told them that there would be no water from 9pm - 1:30am. My parents thought it was okay and they checked in. After that they noticed that there was already no water then around 5:30. They decided to switch to another hotel because of this. They check out without touching any piece in the room but the hotel refused to refund. "
