"This was a perfect property for my boyfriend and I. We were able to enjoy the beach (30 second walk) with everything in walking distance including Aldi for groceries and many restaurants and mini supermarkets and gift shops on the surrounding streets. The staff were very lovely and often put out the leftover pastries from breakfast to share! Would definitely stay again and couldn’t recommend more if you just want a small, convenient and affordable getaway! "

"The hotel was not as online or in photos. It is poorly neglected and filthy. I would never stay again. Especially with the price they are charging. The 1st room they gave me smelt like an ashtray even though it was non-smoking room and there were food crumbs on the floor. "The hostel was excellent! Basic and clean facilities, but that’s all you need when you’re out all day. Olly was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and took time when we checked in to throughly explain niche spots and recommend travel plans. Great location super close to the beach and plenty of cafes as well. Only downside is the bathroom water pressure and drainage, it’s very weak. But even this wasn’t the biggest deal. "

"The hotel is small. Our room could not be described as spacious, either. However, it is very centrally located in s'Arenal not to mention that is has excellent connectivity to both Palma de Mallorca airport and the city. Our room had a mansard style balcony, with views over the streets and the square. The check-in process was fully automated, we did not see or speak to anyone. It was all codes and cards. Very 2022, but it did work and we only stayed the night so not a big drawback."

"Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße zum Ballermann.Das Hotel war hellhörig, wodurch man nachts und tagsüber die anderen Hotelgäste durchgehend hören konnte. Das Zimmer war stark in die Jahre gekommen, keine Klimaanlage, nur ein alter Ventilator. Nach dem Duschen stand meist das ganze Bad unter Wasser, da der Abfluss nicht richtig funktioniert. To start with, there is no aircon in the rooms, they give you an electric fan that is very noisy which makes impossible to leave it on throughout the night and it gets really hot.
