"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. "A really great hotel with a sincerely welcoming staff. Off season is great! Less crowds, just as many restaurants and such. We loved this hotel. Bed comfortable, linens lovely. Bathroom upgraded and adequate closet. Nice extras, great staff. It is conveniently located to walk the historic district, little Venice and fishmonger’s lane, etc. breakfast was a special treat and worth the extra charge. "First time there, overall a very positive experience. Earlier checkin was possible which was very helpful too. The only slightly negative about this is the location next to sometimes busy traffic, but that is nothing that the hotel can change obviously. "

"Good location near the train station and with three different tram lines easily accessible. The room was clean and modern, nice shower, toilet in the “cupboard” a bit claustrophobic. Room is quite small, not made for a lot of luggage. The hotel is perfect for a short stay for a night before heading to the train station or the airport (airport bus leaves from just outside the train station)."
