"Lovely hotel in a superb position, especially for sunsets. The staff are excellent and extremely helpful. The facilities are very good with two pools one of which is adults only. The rooms are fine but would benefit from more plug sockets. The other thing to note which had been mentioned many times is that the tiles surround the hotel and pools can be very slippery especially when wet."

"3rd year we have stayed with them, excellent service from the staff as always. It’s great to turn up at the hotel, and be thoroughly looked after during the stay. With easy access to the beach to watch the sun rise or set, and should you want a change of scene from the hotel, plenty of restaurants and bars along the seafront - all of which are easily accessible to the rear of the hotel. Plenty of sun lounges, but there are definitely some keen beans who like to reserve them before the sun has...

"It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids. "

"The drink selection was limited, no choice of wines at all just their red or wine from a tap…but they do have local bubbles cava alternative was ok, all spirits were local non branded not overall that value for money, food choices were complete opposite, there was loads and loved the Asian sushi themed restaurant! "The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were always accommodating and friendly, often greeting us as we entered and left. The pool and gym facilities were great. We booked a breakfast included package and the meals were always nice. It's located very close to the busiest area of Maspalomas so not suitable if you want a quiet holiday but for us it was perfect.
