"We had a great week - in a delightful friendly village. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we thought it was very good value. It’s a little tired and there’s a few nuisances like it’s hard to shower without getting bathroom floor wet. But that was compensated by changes of towels and allSorts of little extra’s like wash powder and spare loo rolls. "

The house was really convenient as there were three rooms almost in different buildings for all of us with thick walls apart and we all had total privacy. "Property was very basic. Cheap, low end of IKEA. seating uncomfortable. Beds uncomfortable. No bars or restaurants or shops close. 25mins 1 way and 45 mins walking the other way. We had to hire a car. "

"Nach der Ankunft sahen wir, dass sich das Haus in der direkten An- und Abflugschneise des Flughafens befindet. Alle 2 Minuten kam ein Flieger so nah vorbei, dass man quasi die Flugzeugnummer lesen konnte - eine Katastrophe. Und sowohl der Ort als auch die Wohnung haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich. Und direkt hinter dem Ort beginnt das große Gewerbegebiet, das zum Flughafen gehört. Wir können nur abraten. Wir haben uns direkt eine neue Unterkunft gesucht und keine einzige Nacht dort verbracht."

"Minerva is a helpful and attentive host, the house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's right between the main GC-2 road and the sea, but set back from the road and you can't hear the traffic over the sound of waves crashing on the rocks. The location shown by the Homeaway web site is misleading - the house is to the west of Banaderos and it's a 15 minute walk to get into the village where there are a couple of restaurants. There's a well stocked supermarket close by, which is open...

"Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. "Constructive feedback is always good for improvement so here goes:The positive - stunning views, clean and tidy, well equipped, comfy beds, good location (car absolutely necessary), good size pool, very good communication with rental company.Negative - a little difficult to find, pool not cleaned often enough and although heated had to be turned up as too cold, a couple of bottles of water would have been appreciated on arrival, barking dogs.In general though a good stay and would recommend."

"Uns hat das Haus es sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein wenig abgelegen, aber wenn man Ruhe sucht und sich abseits vom Tubel erholen möchte, ist es genau das Richtige. Zumal es auch reichlich nahe gelegen Wanderwege gibt. Sehr gut ist auch der Service, wir haben uns aus Versehen mal ausgesperrt, und der Verwalter kam sehr zügig mit einem Zweitschlüssel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter lief auch sehr gut."

"I had a very enjoyable stay in this comfortable home. The kitchen is well equipped and balcony was lovely. Temisas is a pretty village close to the mountains and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"
