"El Hotel es muy lindo y los amenities que tiene no son tan buenos como la piscina, las canchas de tenis no tienen ni alquilan raquetas y el personal no se ve muy contento ni a gusto. El desayuno muy normal para la categoria de Hotel que es y creo que hay mucho mejores hoteles con mas valor precio calidad en Bariloche. Deberían alcanzar la categoria de Marriot Bonvoy en el mundo"

"Great location, staff, breakfast and the view from the breakfast area. Very convenient to walk to main attractions and restaurants. During our stay the toilet flush valve stuck and after reporting it, they come right away to fix it. "

"Nice space. Not huge, but big enough to have bag on the floor. Heated floors are nice. Shower had plenty of hot water. Cafe downstairs is nice. Clean bed was comfy. "

"Great view and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. However, the whole point of staying at a spa was to access massage services. Unfortunately, they were fully booked during my entire stay. I ended up having to get massage services away from the hotel, which was more affordable and probably better in the end, but it was inconvenient for me. The pool area also had weird hours, and would have been more accessible and convenient if it would have opened before 10am. "

"I stayed at the Sheraton in Bariloche, and overall, it was a good experience. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities were in good condition. Both check-in and check-out were quick and without issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a good variety and quality of products. The room I stayed in had some aspects that could be improved: the furniture and TV felt a bit outdated, and the lighting was quite intense and spot-focused, which wasn’t ideal for taking photos.
