"Great view and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. However, the whole point of staying at a spa was to access massage services. Unfortunately, they were fully booked during my entire stay. I ended up having to get massage services away from the hotel, which was more affordable and probably better in the end, but it was inconvenient for me. The pool area also had weird hours, and would have been more accessible and convenient if it would have opened before 10am. "

Both check-in and check-out were quick and without issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a good variety and quality of products. "Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up"
