"I had an extremely bad experience at the Pelagos Hotel in Santorini, Greece. I arrived at Pelagos Hotel at around 17:00 on July 8. When I arrived at 17:00 on Friday, July 8, the reception office was closed and there was nobody at the Hotel except "G" at the pool bar. Roland, the only receptionist/front desk clerk at Pelagos Hotel, did not show up to give me my room key for over 30 minutes after I arrived around 17:30. Roland led me to Room 2 at Pelagos Hotel.
