"My daughter and I stayed at Aether Suite for her Senior Spring Break Vacation. The concierge service was quite helpful and readily available with immediate response. The breakfast every morning was wonderful and kept us satisfied mostly until dinner time. However, a little disappointed that we booked the Gateway caldera view with private lunge pool but the pool was out of order so we did not have the Santorini experience that we looked forward to and booked for. Management agreed to offer us a discount/credit for the inconvenience, have to wait and see if Expedia and property will honor. "
