"First time stay at the Crown Plaza Liverpool. We chose it because I'd stayed at another of the group hotels before and was impressed, and because it was close to where we needed to be in Liverpool and also the Isle of Man Steam Packet terminal. The staff we encountered were all excellent. Friendly, positive and helpful without exception. Our room was comfortable and equipped as you'd expect of a hotel of this standing. We ate in the restaurant one evening and also had breakfast in the hotel....
