"Lovely staff but the hotel is looking quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. The third/bunk bed is really only suitable for children. My 16 year old son said it was like sleeping in a coffin. Though clean, my own bed smelt a little and the sheets were ripped. I think many people have smoked in the room, despite the hotel’s no smoking policy. "

Our early morning flight was canceled and ti reschedule we needed a Spanish speaker. The Receptionist patiently spoke with the airline so we were able to reschedule without having to go to the airport. "

"Es una pensión funcional en el segundo piso con ascensor. Habitación con baño cómodo. El único pero... La ventana al abrirla para ventilar, casi se cae hacia adentro, la bisagra no tiene tornillos, puede generar un accidente."

"Excellent little ibis right next to a load of restaurants at the MaxCenter. My only issue is they there is always a lot of English staying before the ferry, but no opportunity to watch any news in English on tv. Most other hotels have this facility so it’s noticeable when not available. Would recommend though"

"Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...

"We couldn't have asked for more or for better value. Reception was very friendly, room was brightly lit and exceptionally clean, shower was steamy with great water pressure, beds were comfortable. And the hotel was centered in Bilbao's Old Towne with plenty to do. A perfect combination!"
