"This is a lovely hotel with nice rooms and very pleasant /helpful staff. A very nice breakfast was provided. Importantly it is easy to get into the old town. It is about 7 minutes by bus with a bus stop almost directly outside the hotel with several buses going in that direction. You can also take a bus from here (No 10) to Cavtat a holiday location along the coast (about 30 minutes), Finally, a fine small supermarket has recently opened about 30 metres from the entrance to the hotel."

"The host is very nice, as per our request she arranged pick up and drived us to airport when return flight. The fee is reasonable. It looks like Airbnb, share kitchen. The air-conditioner and hot water for shower all are very good. Walk to old town around 30 min, 200 step down the mountain, there are several delicious restaurants"

"The owner (lady) is friendly and pleasant. The room was more than adequate but did not have a television and the WiFi was okay. The only complaint I have is the 75 meter walk up a hill to access the property. But is convenient to public transportation and restaurants and bars. For the value for my money it was well worth it."

"Guest House Cesic was clean, quiet and had a terrific view. Do not have your driver drop you off at stairs. Have him go to the street above the stairs. Much easier. Deka the house manager was terrific. She accommodated all of us with a smile. It was walking distance to bus stop to old town. So overall we had a great time here. "

"Amazing! A short walk from the bus station and a short bus ride into old town. The host (Ante) went above and beyond in welcoming us. The room was spotless and we had a gorgeous view of the sunset from our balcony. It was no issue checking in after a late flight. 10/10 me and my sister would definitely stay here again! "

"We were very pleased to stay at Toni's guesthouse. Toni was especially helpful and easy to communicate with, and staying with him certainly sweetened our visit to Dubrovnik. The listing is accurate. Pool and breakfast were delightful. Our room was on the smaller side, which is fine for a couple of nights. Parking is available in a secluded by adjacent parking lot at the city's Zone 3 rates -- plan to turn right through an archway a bit before the main walking-only entrance to Toni's guesthouse....
