Loved staying in the classic room! The view from the balcony was beautiful, the area was quiet, and Antonio and his son, the hosts, were incredibly helpful. The only thing I didn’t like were the thin and scratchy sheets and towels (although I still slept like a baby).

Very clean, great place. Staff was very friendly and helpful, Niksa gave me locations for a lot of great restaurants and they were very accommodating of my daily plans and laundry needs. I would highly recommend!

Very well situated rental. Clean. Niksa is very helpful and responsive! Room was a little smaller than expected, but sufficient for 2. Shared kitchen was helpful.

Great accommodation with private bathroom. Room includes a mini fridge, aircon, balcony options, large bed and tv. There is a communal kitchen and alfresco area. If you using public transportation, (Hotel Lero) bus stop is only 200 meters away and only 60 steps, it is easy in town that has A lots of steps. Very easy access. Room was very clean. If we go back to Dubrovnik, we will happily stay in the same place.

Our stay at the Villa was amazing! It is highly recommended for families and couples who want to reach Dubrovnik Old Town by walk, yet enjoy a peaceful place outside the busy historic center. The place is around 20 min walk from the Old Town gate, has a bakery and supermarket very close (around 5 min walk) and a beautiful beach with great swimming options near by (around 10/15 min walk). The place has a big terrace perfect for a breakfast or dinner with an awesome view to the sea. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Toni the owner is so welcoming and helpful. Amazing view of the Adriatic Sea from balcony or patio area with umbrellas. Has a common kitchen area. Toni had his son drop us off at bus station. Rooms clean and airy. Great bathroom set up. Would recommend highly.

Toni was the perfect host. He helped us when we needed something, he gave us tips and he even drove us to the bus station on the last day. The accommodation is in a more quiet location. You have to walk about 15 minutes to the old town, but it's a nice walk. Or you could just take the bus which stops close-by and directly drives to Pile gate. The accommodation had a beautiful terrace. There are various small shops and some restaurants in (short) walking distance. (Go to "El Toro", it's really price worthy). We would really recommend this accommodation!

You'd better not asked for a double bed
The hotel and the room were pleasant. There is one thing we didn't appreciate at all. Since we were a couple, we kindly asked if there was a possibility to have a double bed instead of 2 single ones (separated by a large border). The owner was annoyed by the question and answered that according to the price we had, we should be satisfied with was he had to offer. A simple "No, we don't, sorry" would have been a lot more appreciated.

Our stay at this apartment was great! Tonći met us and showed us the property and our room. He was very kind and showed us some stores on the map for groceries and explained the bus line for getting to the old town. He even brought us a couple beers to enjoy. Somehow, I missed the "shared kitchen" in the description, so that was kind of a surprise, but really no big deal. It seemed not many other guests were using the kitchen, so we had plenty of room in the refrigerator and never had to wait to prepare meals. The kitchen was stocked fairly well and everything worked fine. Our room was excellent, with a small balcony over looking the city and sea. The bathroom was roomy and well appointed with plenty of hot water. We ate several meals on the large community balcony. It has a beautiful view of the sea. I don't recall if the description tells this, but be prepared to go up stairs. I mean, everything in Dubrovnik is either up or down, so you'll be walking hills anyway, just be prepared to climb some stairs to get to the apartment.
