"Good location. Room was very clean and staff were friendly. Happy stay! The only problem was that I paid CHF10.9 for the city tax as per hotel. But in my booking document I only need to pay AU12.45 for city tax plus tourism fee at the property. Ibis asked me to contact my booking agent who only said I need to pay the city tax. It was very confused me as my booking said I need to pay AU12.45 in the property but now I must pay CHF10.9 ( nearly AU20 ). My advice is if city tax needs to be paid in...

"Very nicely located near the ferry and walkable to all main attractions. The only issue is the wall is too thin that we can hear everything on the hallway. Other than that, everything is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful."
