"Service was great and facilities fine. Location super convenient near Termini but state of property much better than a lot of the BnBs in the area. Only issue was beds were really squeaky so I felt like I was making a lot of noise just rolling over and keeping everyone awake..."

"Very close to Termini station, Conad, and many restaurants. Very old elevator and property. Not necessarily a bad thing… just beware of this before you book! I especially loved the coffee counter…and the sweet old man running it. The Italian grandpa you wish you had . I do wish the bidet were not so close to shower. Hard to take a shower with the door opening in instead of out :( "

"Very friendly receptionist, Ruby welcomed us with a lot of information of activities, provided a map and gave us all the directions to the main attractions. We’ve got a free upgrade into an annex building around the corner, very nice, spacious and clean room. Quiet space. Walkable distance to all main interest points. I recommend this place and I would love to come back! Well done! Thanks. "

"Clean and very comfy beds. But property is dilapidated and in a state of repair. The breakfast is pretty basic and not worth paying for - there are tons of breakfast options within 4-5 minutes of the hotel."
