"We always booked JR Gate Tower for our stay in Nagoya. Our stay were excellent in the past. This time we booked a room for 4 nights, the bathtub was blocked, the water didn't run through properly. Also, hot water wasn't provided at the sink properly. We had informed the Front Office, however the condition didn't improve."

"The hotel is conveniently located just about 5-10 mins walk from Nagoya station which can be reached via the underground shopping street or just walking down the street and crossing a few roads. There is a Family Mart just downstairs and I found a few great restaurants in the same block. Also Ichiran Ramen is just 2-mins walk away in the next block. Check in/out was hassle-free with the self-service machines and the staff was readily on hand to assist with the process. The room was nice and...
