"The rooms and bathrooms are super clean! I felt very safe and comfortable so I had a very restful sleep! The facilities are really nice and so are the staff! The cost of using the dryer and washer is really good just 100yen to use both dryer and washer (50 yen each)!! I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Japan again and want to explore Nagoya!!"

"This hotel is amazing with stunning decor, Onsen bath and beautiful grounds with large pond and bamboo. Rooms are larger than usual for Japan. Inuyama castle is visible from the grounds from some rooms. There is a national treasure tea garden that you can go to for matcha. If you are looking for a traditional Japanese experience this is NOT IT! This is not a Ryokan or traditional Onsen with tatami mat floors and dinner served in your room. It is a fantastic modern hotel with a very western approach to rooms and services done with Japanese taste and sense of style. "
